Third.i tasked Enigma with creating a new precinct brand for Newcastle’s West End, a long forgotten and neglected part of the city. Our strategy was to capture the rich history of the location and modernise it to create a sense of iconic appeal amongst urban lifestyle seekers.

We launched the precinct brand as ‘West End Newcastle’. Within this precinct we also developed four new brands for their apartment developments: ‘West’; ‘Eaton on Union’; ‘Stella on Hannell’ and most recently ‘Dairy Farmers Towers’.

Marketing and comms assets included logo designs, websites, e-newsletters, stationery packages, display suite signage, event material support and further collateral to support the agents at launch.
