Oxford Properties Group is a global property giant working across all asset classes, across four continents. Active investors, asset managers and builders of businesses, Oxford wanted to ensure their brand expression matched their progressive thinking. ~

Enigma collaborated with stakeholders internationally across business divisions to define a brand strategy focused on Oxford’s long-range, community-building lens on property investment, development and management. At the heart of the identity system is a series of illustrations and animations inspired by the intersection of built environments and human form, which turns places into meaningful communities.

Confident typography and language works in flexible layouts to stretch across corporate, commercial, retail, industrial and residential uses, and from corporate applications to placemaking events.
