We were tasked with bringing Panorama to life, nestled in the flourishing North Wilton locale, marking a resurgence in our desired lifestyle within a Landcom master-planned community.
To set Landcom apart from neighbouring developments, we highlighted Panorama’s unique features - a sustainable, amenity-rich haven tailored for families seeking ‘big skies and new beginnings. The name Panorama, a creation of ours, artfully captures the essence of space and place, conjuring visions of a future filled with optimism beneath expansive skies.
Together with the Landcom team, we delivered a full suite of brand, project, and sales assets across launch and release phases. Notably, our redesign of the sales centre not only brought Landcom’s corporate vision to life but also accentuated the developments key benefits. Our campaign extended its reach to high-visibility billboard sites and strategically placed geo-targeted media. Through creative storytelling, we presented a compelling vision of connected community, promising new opportunities on the horizon.
The campaign generated a groundswell of interest that manifested in a database boasting over 2000 potential buyers, and a resounding success with the first four releases completely selling out during launch weekend.
