Developed by Goldfields, partnering with PBD Architects – The Livingstone required an elevated look to target potential buyers in a crowded marketplace.
Striving for balance between pragmatic efficient planning and a contemporary interpretation of Federation architecture the development linked larger format living with outlook, privacy, and amenity. The naming, brand ID, art direction and supporting collateral was refined, perfectly supporting project materials for sales conversations.
Campaign messaging and supporting graphics focused on feather textures to elevate, and empower the conversation around a new type of living.
