After sealing the deal to transform Merewether Golf Course, Third.i came to us to deliver a phased approach of community consultation, place brand creation and communication platform for relaunch.

Positioning the development as an exclusive lifestyle destination for affluent over 55yr olds, the brand idea invites people to experience ‘‘A new icon in Merewether’.

‘The Merewether Residences’ name clearly signals the residential offering, brought to life through a palette of natural hues with a touch of gold to nod to those ‘golden years’ of future residents.
