Following a change in strategic priorities by the NSW Government, Landcom came to us to elevate its brand profile and focus on its new ambition of creating more affordable and sustainable communities for the people of NSW.

In order to raise the profile of the brand with a more meaningful role, our strategy was to focus on the vital role Landcom plays in creating masterplanned communities and providing affordable housing for the people of NSW. This enabled us to elevate the role of the brand in comms, repositioning Landcom as the leader in NSW masterplanning.

Our “Part of the Fabric of NSW” campaign demonstrated how Landcom is, and continues to be, the trusted name behind some of the state's best masterplanned communities. Using a combination of location based footage and post production special effects and animation, the campaign ran across NSW markets and was supported by social, outdoor and bus assets.
