Over the years, travellers have fallen out of love with airport shopping. Customers have become unaware of the retail offerings and the value of the savings on offer. With duty free shopping as the largest driver of retails sales at SYD, it was imperative to build a campaign that reinvigorated duty free shopping and encouraged spending whilst in the airport terminals.

In order to capture the target audience and encourage spending, the campaign highlighted the unique curation of the world's best luxury brands and a world class experience within the terminal. Backed by additional savings for members, the campaign positioned Australia's first airport department store in fashionable light.

Location specific messaging and creative was paired with stylised 3D rendered luxury items to create a desirable offering that airport travellers couldn't resist.
